The pool and location were good, but there were a lot of mosquitoes and continuous nighttime noise.

The location was fabulous, with plenty of cafés and restaurants within 200 m. Breakfast was fantastic; mine was included but only 1000 lkr.

The pool and beach view were nice, and the location was close to restaurants and souvenir shops. The staff were friendly. The first room was dirty and emitted foul odors; the pillowcases were torn and stained. We asked to change rooms and got another that was just as dirty, though it didn't have particular smells. We even found a nose‑bleed with a hair stuck to the wall—an embarrassing lack of hygiene. Only three guests were in the hotel, so it would have been nice if the establishment paid more attention to cleanliness and comfort. Work was also underway at the property. We just wanted to rest and enjoy the sun before leaving, but the construction noise and many workers made the moment unpleasant. Finally, no hair dryer or shower products were provided, only a small hand soap. We are very disappointed. Between the lack of cleanliness, noise, and missing amenities, the stay really did not meet our expectations.

The hotel is very simple and modest but comfortable. Our final room was quite small but still comfortable. The pool is very nice with a beautiful beach view. The staff were friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants, markets, and souvenir shops nearby. The beach itself isn’t very clean, but it’s not a disaster. In the first moment we got a terrible room—stinking of toilet fluid. With the air‑conditioning on, the whole wall vibrated along with the metal door handle—unbearable noise. When we turned off the AC, water started pouring from it in a stream onto the mirror. We reported it and were immediately given a new room, which was fine. Breakfast offered both savory and sweet options; tasty but not very plentiful, hard to get full.
