“Very nice. Sarah the manager and team are all very accommodating”
Everything was very good, though the location was only decent.

The room was excellent and the bed incredibly comfortable. The staff worked hard to give us an early check‑in because we needed to change for a wedding in the afternoon. They were really very, very, very helpful.

The room was lovely—clean, brilliantly sized, and the roll‑top bath was amazing. It felt disconnected from the pub, more like you were renting a room than staying at a pub, which is fine if that’s what you’re looking for.
