The location is great, the food is varied and tasty, so I would choose this hotel again. The staff seem overworked, probably due to a shortage or cost cutting, and the hotel feels dated, yet it stays clean and still worth recommending.

The dining room’s air conditioning was only half functional.

Overall the location is fine and the hotel is good; there was no problem getting the hammocks and the beach access is convenient. In the restaurant we were crowded when trying to get food, waited 10 minutes for a yoga class that was on the schedule and then were told it didn’t exist; the staff are clearly understaffed and even though they rush, they don’t keep up, and when you go for coffee the cups were dirty.

The location is a plus. The facilities and rooms are dirty and lack maintenance, which is excessive.
