“Overall nice study in good location”

We were in a great spot and the rooms were lovely; we even got an upgrade, which was a nice touch, and the staff welcomed us with champagne. The beds were comfortable and the towels were nice, but the restaurant was a nightmare—slow service at dinner, and as a party of six with no other diners, we waited at least an hour for our food.

“Wonderful design Hotel with excellent service”

My time at H15 in Warsaw was really enjoyable. I especially appreciated the roomy, stylishly decorated room, and the open bathroom that blends into the sleeping area gave the space a modern, special feel. The staff were friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived, making me feel welcome and well cared for. All in all, it’s a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, distinctive design, and excellent service, and I’d definitely return.

The hotel was quiet, clean, and well‑located, with attentive staff and a very varied breakfast buffet. The only drawback was the slow service at breakfast, especially the eggs that took a long time to arrive.
