I found the staff to be irresponsible and not serious, almost like thieves. The service was terrible and they behaved like thieves.

I appreciated the staff’s kindness, always ready to help with a genuine smile and discretion that I value highly. Enjoying a peaceful, high‑quality breakfast in such a beautiful courtyard was the perfect start to each day. The room’s quiet and the bed’s comfort ensured a complete, restorative rest. If I were to point out a minor issue, in the spirit of constructive feedback, it would be the room temperature. The heating made the room excessively warm, even though we’re in Bogotá. It’s a small detail, but one that would make the stay even better for those who prefer a cooler sleeping environment.

The accommodation is cozy, but its location isn’t pleasant. Cesar’s service is good; he’s very kind and helpful, but the hostess greets you in a very unfriendly, unpleasant way and charges ambiguous fees not listed on the platform.

The place is excellent, the atmosphere is wonderful, super cozy and comfortable, the hosts are marvelous people, and the breakfasts are delicious.
