De La Ville charms with its romantic vibe; the building itself is a lovely villa in Riccione. Our spacious, stylish room was impeccably clean and tastefully furnished, with high ceilings, frescoes, and elegant furniture. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and the lobby bar radiated Italian charm. The guarded parking around the property was great. The downside was the location right next to the Ancona‑Bologna rail line – every train is loud, and the 4:30 a.m. high‑speed train woke me up at the latest. I work with this kind of noise, and I wish they could silence it – I’d gladly advise others to stay after the rush, when it’s quiet.

The bar service was poor; you have to hunt for someone to take your order. We only learned after booking that the wellness facilities weren’t included.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was generous and of great quality, and the location was convenient for everything. If we had to find a flaw, the room’s soundproofing could be better, perhaps more from the inside than the outside.
