The place was a mess – no cleanliness, the reception staff had a bad attitude, and customer service was awful.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a well-sized bathroom, and the breakfast was good. The location and food were also good (I only tried breakfast). The only drawback was that the room had a single closed terrace that seemed shared with a passage or another room, so there was no view from that particular room.
