The star lounge was nice, but they didn’t provide hangers unless you asked, and the bathroom needed cleaning, which I also had to request.

It’s close to the Urubamba shuttle, but they never give you the ticket; they say they’ll send it but never do.

They offered grab‑and‑go breakfasts and the beds were comfortable with all the basics; it’s next to the Ollantaytambo mobility station. However, cleaning was half‑done or not done even when requested, the receptionist was very blunt in communication, and the door locks on the first floor are hard to open.
