We enjoyed a 20‑night stay, with complimentary breakfast and a shuttle to and from the subway station being major perks. I’ll definitely consider this hotel for my next trip to NYC.

The room was spacious and well organized. The staff, however, were neither friendly nor helpful.

Breakfast was tasty with a decent range and plenty of food, though adding more fruit would be nice. The coffee station fell short in the early evenings; the coffee was cold and the area messy, even though 24‑hour coffee is available. Only two of the three lifts were operational, causing long waits. With 16 floors, at least three or four lifts should be working, especially since guests constantly need to move luggage during check‑in and check‑out.

The location is great, with shuttle service and a solid price‑quality balance. However, the hotel has many rooms but only two elevators; with 17 floors and over 400 guests, it was cramped, and breakfast was overcrowded with little space.
