The experience was awful. I was canceled and kicked out after three nights, with the excuse being my cat, even though I had paid a double guarantee. When the owner found out the volunteer stayed in my room, she was extremely disrespectful, accusing me of possibly reporting him for abuse, when it was entirely a mutual agreement between adults. The place had horrible hygiene (hair under the bed), a broken window, serious water pressure problems, and no kitchen. Zero professionalism and total disrespect. I do not recommend it to anyone.

The service was good, but the curtains in the room were transparent, offering zero privacy.

Siempre para mis viajes me quedo aquí, y lo que más me gusta es la Ubicación, ya que es céntrico y en un lugar seguro y cerrado. Ya 2 veces seguidas que me he queda siempre es el mismo problema, la hora del check out la he realizado a las 7am y a esa hora no hay personal y el portón de afuera tampoco lo dejan abierto y me he atrasado al salir a mi transfer, yo creo que solo les falta una mejor organización y vigilancia en la recepción de los huéspedes y que sea real 24/7 ya que solo están atentos en el día, pero en la noche o hora temprana es escasa y causa estos problemas que son aveces desagradable, es lo único que se podría mejorar y es una mejora fácil de realizar

The location was great, but the room was in a cold, distant spot that didn’t suit me because I have arthritis and a terrible cough; I asked for a change but there was no available space, so I moved to another hostel.
