The owner was extremely rude, so we canceled and never stayed. The boat wasn’t ready and we were told we couldn’t check in until 6/7 pm. A clear language barrier existed, and after many messages that got nowhere I asked to cancel, which they agreed to. Then they sent an insulting, unnecessary message.

The place was well‑located, had free parking, and checking in was easy. The bathroom smelled awful and the air‑conditioning was very weak.

The central spot was amazing, the living situation unique, and it was close to all the buses, shops and boats. The view was the best in town and the vibe was great. Only the bed felt a bit hard for me because of a temporary health issue; otherwise everything was perfect.

Everything was fantastic! An unexpected night in Alghero turned into an exceptional experience. The host was welcoming and very available, and the adorable security guard made us feel privileged and safe. I recommend it 1000 %.

The location was great, but to submit our ID the host asked us to find a place to photocopy our passports and leave the copies on the boat. This wasn’t mentioned in the booking info, so heads up for anyone else planning to stay.
