“The PSA conference was outstanding, the hotel forgettable.”

Breakfast was decent, the room was spacious with a good shower, and the conference facilities seemed to function properly. The carpet felt worn, the woodwork was peeling, and a cupboard light wouldn’t turn off. There was no Wi‑Fi guide, and when I tried calling reception from inside and outside the hotel, nobody answered. The gala dinner’s food and service were mediocre at best, and the coffee throughout the day was disappointing.

“Very enjoyable, good conferance venue.”

The venue worked well for a conference, but the room lighting was poor—no overhead lights made laptop work difficult.

“Barely adequate”

The bed and shower were solid. Service quality was low, add‑on fees were high, breakfast was chaotic, and dinner took an absurd amount of time to arrive.

I was upgraded to a larger room, the bed was very comfortable, and the fridge offered complimentary drinks. However, the room stayed cold because the heating system was centrally controlled and there was no way to adjust it. Please make sure guests are warm!
