The staff were very friendly and helpful—Fakhri Ben Mahmoud at reception was great and even arranged a taxi to Lac 2 for me, even though I didn’t have a Tunisian SIM and don’t speak French or Arabic. The cleaning lady was a delight, though I never got her name. The water bottle in the room wasn’t refilled, and breakfast choices were quite limited.

Le personnel est agréable, l'hôtel est propre, le petit déjeuner très bon et varié. Boutaïna, la femme de chambre, assure une propreté impeccable et l'accueil est toujours ouvert si on a un problème ou une demande. Nous sommes arrivés en avance et avons pu laisser nos valises dans la bagagerie.

The staff were very kind and helpful when I had an issue with the AC, but I’d suggest taking care of the shower—longer hose would be better.
