This place really knows how to get it right. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always on hand to answer any questions or sort out any issues. The location is also fantastic, right in the heart of the city with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. I was a bit worried about the noise from the nearby street, but it didn't seem to bother me too much, and the hotel did provide earplugs just in case.

The hotel itself was a hidden gem, with some of the friendliest staff I've ever met. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, from helping me with directions to recommending local restaurants. Unfortunately, the location wasn't exactly convenient - it was a bit of a trek to get to the city center, and the roads around the hotel were pretty congested. Still, the staff's warm welcome and excellent service made up for the location's drawbacks.
