“Excelente lugar”
I only write this review because I know people first go through Booking. I couldn’t stay at the property because upon arrival I found a large staircase leading to my rooms. I was traveling with a heart‑conditioned person who could not climb the stairs. I immediately called the owner, who showed zero empathy, and Booking helped me at all. I even received a threatening email from the owner telling me not to post negative reviews, which I’m not doing. I traveled in low season. The rooms were empty during my stay, and fortunately I had the means to pay for a place that was accessible for my friend, but the owner kept my 4000 euros. This is for Booking. I know it won’t appear on the owner’s account. After this experience, this will be my last contact with Booking. I don’t want to be part of this system that doesn’t help when I need it, even after paying months in advance, and it lets owners act with impunity and zero empathy over serious health problems.
