The location is spacious. I booked a double but was given a twin; after complaining, they upgraded me to a double deluxe.

The hotel is in the city center, rooms are clean, staff are polite, beds are comfortable, and breakfasts are varied. Thank you for the hospitality! The bathroom door didn’t close fully because of a damaged threshold, and there was no chair or stool or fridge. It seems the room wasn’t fully equipped after renovation, lacking instructions and contact information for service. Otherwise everything was excellent.

The central location is a few minutes from shops and museums. The setting is pleasant and the staff are helpful. The hotel was recently renovated, but some parts are already deteriorating due to lack of maintenance. An unpleasant smell in the bathroom seems linked to a faulty drain. Breakfast quality is low, with regular shortages of items. Cleanliness is also lacking.

Breakfast was fine. I couldn’t see outside from the room because the curtains were on the exterior side. There was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom, so the price was definitely not justified by the quality.

The first night we had no hot water; after two complaints, the second night we had hot water but no cold water, and none of this was explained.
