The area is beautiful, but the room was cleaned only once and not thoroughly; dirty towels were left in the room, only one bed was fixed, and there was just a piece of paper on the bed that could have been used to fix it.

The staff were amazing and the location was great, but the bed felt a bit uncomfortable—though I’m used to a sleep number bed.

The front desk lady seemed more interested in her phone than the guests, and although the check‑in time was listed as 15:00, my room wasn’t ready until 16:00.
