The location is great, right in the center, near the “PHÊ GARDEN” coffee shop. The deluxe room is spacious and clean. However, the minibar didn’t refill water but still charged us at checkout. The front‑desk staff were extremely rude—loud, arguing loudly as if they were fighting with us. As a hotel worker, I had to ask them to lower their voices, and only then did they stop the “battles.” The hotel doesn’t print a bill; they charge verbally, only providing written receipts when requested, which is very unprofessional.
The hotel was quite clean, centrally located, and the prices were reasonable.

The location is close to the customs office. The facilities were average: the blankets were thin, only a small amount of paper towels and toiletries were provided, there were insects in the bathroom, no breakfast was offered, and checking out was difficult to coordinate with staff, which delayed my schedule and made the overall experience very poor.

I was pleased with the location—just a stone's throw from Móng Cái market, Vincom, and only 1 km from the international gate, making travel a breeze. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, the apartment’s cleaning was subpar; the sink, tablecloth, and bathroom stone tiles were old and stained, leaving me uneasy during use.
The location was convenient, central, and the staff were friendly. The hotel was newly renovated, so the furnishings were fresh and I was satisfied with the first impression.
