Staff was kind and accommodating when presented with a difficult situation. I apprecaiated their willingness to refund my fee due to no AC and experiencing an uncomfortable night. NA

We found the toilet in our room broken and it wouldn’t flush. The room, especially the bathroom, wasn’t very clean. The website didn’t say there was no elevator, so at 79+ years old we had to haul our luggage up three flights of stairs, which we didn’t expect for a “dig” motel.
