The manager was very kind and helpful, yet the air‑con was loud and the room was just average.

The owner was extremely friendly, sociable, and helpful, but the towels were dirty, the staff (except the owner) were unprepared, I had to make three separate payments to settle the room, and there were tiny insects everywhere.
