The staff were super friendly, the hotel was tastefully decorated and comfortable, and it was very clean. The only drawback was that there was no garage, so parking around the area was a bit tricky.

The value for money was great. The room exceeded our expectations, the staff were very nice and friendly, and the breakfast was a welcome bonus that even catered to our vegetarian preferences. The location was perfect for exploring the town, hiking up to the castle and fort, and heading to the beach.
