The service is high‑level, but the food quality at the main restaurant could be a bit better. I’d only recommend booking the breakfast (fantastic) and eating elsewhere.

“A great find”

The hotel is beautifully laid out and spacious. I would have liked the ability to switch restaurants without paying an extra fee.

The location was very nice, the entire outdoor area was pretty, and the girls at the outdoor bar were very friendly and helpful, as was the gentleman who drove the luggage; the rest of the staff were just staff. It is a relatively expensive 5‑star hotel, and the room equipment was old, worn, and the cleaning was very incomplete. During the whole stay, the same crack remained in the bathroom. We had half‑board, which I only used on the first day of arrival, and that was an extremely bad experience: the food on the buffet and by order was tasteless, the meat couldn’t be cut or eaten, and because I paid extra for half‑board, I wanted to cancel it and use only the à‑la‑cuisine restaurants, but the hotel didn’t allow it. They offered a higher discount at those restaurants, but the discount applied only to food. Consequently, we ate dinner repeatedly outside the hotel, in the town where the food was excellent, because I travel a lot and use many 5‑star hotels; I must say this was the worst experience I’ve had.

The location was fantastic, offering great views, a lovely garden, and the beach had plenty of chairs and umbrellas; the pool was clean and the room design was remarkable, and the whole village looked tidy. The staff and the owner were involved and delivered perfect service, and the food was good, especially the homemade pastries, sweets, and a nice cheese selection. The only downside was the limited variety—salads weren’t very diverse or always fresh, and the entrance and bathroom doors could use a refurbishment. The gym was basic but well maintained with new equipment and very clean.
