The room was well positioned and the surroundings were beautiful, but it would have been better if the wellness area, at least the pools (outdoor too), were accessible from 7 am. The sauna probably isn’t needed at that time.

The location was superb, the view gorgeous, and the wellness area good; the massage was magnificent, especially Györgyi. The mattress was very soft, and the wellness receptionist on the first night was not very helpful (in a polite sense). The next day, another lady left a truly positive impression and proved very helpful.

I really liked that they organized hiking options, but I would have appreciated a kettle in the room and a slightly larger hot‑water pool.
