“Great stay”

The stay was excellent, and they even personalized our mugs for breakfast with our names on them—a lovely touch. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the pool was nice.

I’ve booked Ferra Hotel for the third time now, and each visit confirms my satisfaction with their service, the room, and the food; whenever I travel to Boracay, I always choose Ferra.

“Amazing”

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and while the property itself was great, the real highlight was the amazing staff: everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. They greeted me warmly, upgraded my room without any hassle, and when I decided to extend my stay for one more night, they arranged everything very smoothly. They also organized my transfer, and I really appreciated that there were no unexpected extra charges. The hotel was very clean, and the housekeeping was excellent throughout my stay. When I arrived in my room, I was also surprised with a lovely welcome lemonade cocktail, which was such a nice touch. What impressed me the most was the personal attention from the staff. When it was time for me to leave, they gave me such a warm farewell. The team even took a photo with me and prepared a beautiful sign with my name on it. It made me feel truly special and appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, hospitality, and for making my stay in Boracay so memorable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boracay! All good.
