The room was tidy and clean, fairly close to the center. It had a kettle, tea, and coffee, though the coffee was weak (instant). Breakfast was very good, typical Italian sweet style. Contact with the owners was hassle‑free. A fridge was an extra convenience, with water for guests inside. Unfortunately, the air conditioning barely worked, so the room felt stuffy and uncomfortable in October. The hallway was also stuffy because of closed doors. Eggs were missing from the breakfast, even though the photos showed them, still sweet. The coffee in the room was low quality powder.
