Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nagoya Shinkansenguchi

Being close to the station was convenient, and there were restaurants open late around the area. The room was spacious and easy to use. However, the toilet was dirty, so I mentioned it to the staff. Hair was found on the floor in the room.

The staff were incredibly kind.

The location was great, but the room feels too cramped for four people.

“Cleanliness and front desk staff need to improve and give more training”

The location was quite good, and there were many tax‑refund shops nearby. However, the toilet bowl had blood stains and was not clean at all. I told the front desk guy (the chubby one) that he didn't understand what a toilet bowl is, and the hotel kept rotating staff—four different people asked for our passports, and the last one still came to our room to ask for the password even though we had handed it over more than five times. We wondered if we were doing something wrong.
