Luis and the staff were kind, the treatment felt very familiar and loving, and they offered helpful suggestions for a better stay; there is direct beach access, though the beach itself is somewhat rocky and the kitchen quality could improve but it isn’t a deal‑breaker.

The location was great, the staff were very helpful, and there was air‑conditioning, but at 5 am the power was cut off and it was very loud in the morning.

The hotel sits right on Playa Blanca, offering a stunning front view of the light‑blue ocean, and we were greeted with tasty, refreshing cocktails. The staff were fantastic and showed us packages for the plankton luminescence in the bay, feeding the local raccoons, and snorkeling. The food and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced, and special thanks to manager Luis and the lovely Luisa & Josely. However, there is no wi‑fi; they said a storm 15 days earlier caused the outage and that it would be fixed, but it never was. Power is cut from 6‑9 am to let the generator “rest,” and the rooms are basic, lacking mirrors and standard hotel items like soap or shampoo.

Everyone was very friendly, and the service was of good quality. I didn’t like that there are hours when the hotel has no electricity; it would have been better if guests were warned before booking.
