The room was very spacious, bright, and had a balcony with a table and chairs; Giulia’s service was excellent at all times, the bed was very comfortable, and the location is unbeatable. The bathroom is separate from the room, but it is still large and well equipped.

Giulia was incredibly helpful and responsive; after our late flight she had her father pick us up. The apartment’s location is great—10 minutes’ walk to the Vatican and 15 minutes to Piazza Navona. Everything was clean and comfortable, and there were pastries, coffee and tea in the room. Highly recommended!

The property is in a very convenient spot for exploring all of Rome’s center. The room is spotless, modern, and the external bathroom is very clean, spacious, and has a large, nice shower. The owners are extremely kind, provided all necessary information and some neighborhood tips, and I was even able to leave my luggage after check‑out. I recommend this place to everyone.

The location is excellent for touring Rome, and the host is very pleasant and responsive. The only drawback was that the bathroom was not in the room, but we were informed about this.

The location was fine, and the gentleman who welcomed me was friendly. Even though I was not at all happy with the accommodation, they asked if I wanted to cancel, but I was there for work and didn’t have time to find an alternative. It’s basically a hostel with a private bathroom, but the ad didn’t make it clear that the bathroom was outside. That was a huge inconvenience, especially since other guests were around and there were constant noises at night, so I couldn’t sleep at all. The sheets had a stain and there were hair near the shower. I don’t recommend this place.
