Breakfast was excellent, but the room felt too small. The breakfast manager opened the room a few minutes early for us because we had to leave at 7:15, which was much appreciated. Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant odor in the room, likely from cleaning chemicals masking pet smells; it would be helpful to label which rooms are pet‑friendly and which are not.

The hotel was quaint, quiet, spacious, clean, and the breakfast was delicious. There was a slight smell in our pet‑friendly room, which I understand can be hard to keep fresh, and the blackout curtain was a bit loose.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming, but the bathroom setup is outdated and makes getting ready difficult.

The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious, and daily housekeeping plus tea/coffee and nibbles were available, but the breakfast was underwhelming and the same items appeared every day.
