A lovely cottage in a great spot close to the town, with beautiful gardens. The rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Heating works well, and the host is very kind and attentive.

The vibe was cute and fit Arrowtown’s atmosphere. No check‑in details were provided. The main lounge heater failed, so the room was freezing, and we couldn’t get anyone to fix it until the second day. Wi‑Fi was very poor, hot water was inconsistent leading to very short showers, and the room’s appliances need updating.
