“Better place for rest”

A quiet, beautiful house and neighbourhood. The owners are a pleasant family. There’s an excellent local restaurant just two minutes away. Cobwebs were found in some places and black female hair.

The owners were very pleasant, a welcoming family, helped me with everything, tried to solve all my questions, and offered to take me to the centre! The room was clean, comfortable, everything was done with love! In this area, it’s better to have a bike, especially for those who love solitude and silence.

If you want a slice of Da Nang that feels genuine and untouched, with plenty of local eateries and cute coffee corners, this spot comes highly recommended. It’s a real homestay in every sense. The rooms are tidy, well‑structured, and everything just works. The owners, a warm and humble couple, communicate brilliantly with guests and make you feel truly welcome. Highly recommended. Being surrounded by authentic Vietnamese life means you’ll need a bit more effort to navigate, but for seasoned travelers that’s part of the charm.

“Comic Homestay made me love Vietnam”

The house itself is a lovely place to stay, with a beautifully decorated room that's spotless and well-stocked. The real highlight, though, is the warm and welcoming hospitality – the owners go out of their way to make you feel at home. Unfortunately, the location is a bit of a drawback if you don't have a bike or car, as it's a bit of a trek to get to any of the main tourist attractions.
