As Salt is a special city and this place truly reflects its charm. It sits on the upper part of town inside a traditional building—really beautiful. Khaldoun welcomed us warmly and was always more than willing to meet any request or need. The experience was truly beyond the standard. I recommend it for anyone who wants to feel a bit part of the As Salt community.

“More basic than it might seem”

A typical old Salti building in an interesting part of town, close to the main sights. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was nice for sitting out. The building has several steep and narrow flights of stairs (common in Salt). The bathroom was a minute and cramped, hot water was limited, and breakfast was just adequate. It felt a bit lifeless, not as charming as “heritage” suggests, and very overpriced in my view. It’s fine for a single night but not at that price.

“Wonderful two nights in this Madhafa.”

Staying in a Heritage property was wonderful. There were steps to our room, but the balcony offered a great view. The bathroom was small yet sufficient, with hot and plentiful water. The bed was amazing! Our host was great, and we had a hearty breakfast with many options. We also liked having a kettle in our room. Everything was perfect, and As‑Salt is a gem of a city. We stayed two nights and had no complaints.
