There were no free food or snacks on site. If the windows were bigger and the furniture arranged more spaciously, it would feel better.

The staff went above and beyond, gave me room closer for easy exit for my early travels, showed (walked) me to nearby taxi pick up area, informed me about Uber cab as needed, great first impression. However, I only stayed for about 6 hours before catching the KTX earlynext morning. About 2-3 miles from Seoul Station for KTX, AREX airport rail, local subways, etc. FYI, Seoul cabs are known to avoid short trips, so I made sure my hotel was few miles away. I was able to get a cab at 0430 am. Other members of my party stayed closer to Seoul Station, but they had to walk about a mile with luggage to Seoul Station. They couldn't even book Uber cab, and regular cab drivers refused a short trip and kicked them out of their cabs. Not walking distance to Seoul Station, lively outside, but it's typical Seoul vibe. Oh, as a foreigner, most restaurants close early 2000-2200 (8-10 pm), but convenient store like GS25 and 7-11 stays open all night

I couldn't get breakfast anywhere near the hotel, and there was no easy way to find a place that served it. The transport links were easy to access, though.

The bathroom has mold along the caulking. My door ran out of batteries so I couldn’t lock my door from the outside and had to wait until staff appeared somewhere. I tried calling front desk or the number on the website but no answer. I found it strange I couldn’t get an answer because it seems like the staff is live in considering on a different night at 9pm I still saw 3 staff present. The closest station was a 14 min walk away. There are bus stops nearby however! If you’re a BTS fan the hybe building is across the street. The restaurants in this area are on the pricier side compared to others. This place is best for a pair of 2 guests
