There is excellent public transport access, and walking to sights and shops is easy. Check‑in, check‑out, and communication with the staff were very pleasant, and overall the value for money is very good.

Check‑in and check‑out were very straightforward, and the location is great for exploring Potsdam. The room was very noisy; a fridge on the nightstand was especially loud.

The location is great; Charlottenhof station is a short walk away. However, the pillows were not good at all, and the armchair made a loud squeak that made it hard to move around.

“Rundum zufrieden – tolle Lage und schönes Apartment”

We stayed in Apartment 1 in the basement and were completely satisfied. Check‑in was smooth and stress‑free. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and well equipped. We especially liked the large bathroom and the small terrace where we could sit comfortably. Four free parking spots are available in front of the building on a first‑come, first‑served basis; if they’re taken, there are additional paid spots right at the door for €1.50 per hour. The location is superb: Sanssouci Palace is about 1.2 km away and easily reachable on foot. The staff we met were very friendly and helpful. The snack machine was also handy. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and recommend Amaro Rooms & Apartments Charlotte without hesitation; we’ll definitely return! 😊 As a small note for guests staying on the sofa bed: it creaks a bit, and the opposite snack machine and fridge in the room can make noise at night. There are also no blackout curtains. These are just pointers to consider when booking a sofa bed, and they didn’t spoil our overall positive impression.
