The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a decent selection. The whole hotel seemed poorly maintained, and my distance from a busy intersection meant listening to trucks and cars breaking and accelerating all day
I kined the location was close to my destination. It was not clean. Smoke detector was removed. Hole in wall in bathroom door. And tub was clogged wouldn't drained reported twice and no compensation 9
Location. Non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke, cigarette burn on bed linen. The busy street traffic was very noisy
“Stay was a good value but Fire Station next door sirens blaring. Beds were comfortable and bedding a”
Breakfast was fine and area was clean. The room was not as clean as it should have been. Sink was stopped up and we saw 2 Roaches in the room
“Arrived to location to find the room to be unrealistic to the photos shown on the website.”
Nothing. The design of th building and the rooms were not what was promised in the photos online. Maintenance crew was shouting profanities at one another
