Nothing good. The sewer smell, the tiny room, and the fact that I couldn’t find a water glass—everything was awful.

The peace and quiet were nice. However, having to take off shoes at the entrance was not mentioned when I booked.

A moment of escape. The bathroom lacked light and the chandelier (very pretty) made me bump my head several times.

The hotel itself feels like a trip to another country, so we spent a lot of time in the room, balcony, terrace, and the communal areas. The hearty breakfast, very friendly and always available staff, and especially the smiling manager made us feel at home. The surroundings offer little to see; it takes at least 20 minutes walking to find amenities. I admit my back started hurting after the stay, and the bed is decent but soft, so you sink into it.
