The staff were very friendly and helpful. Make sure parking is available for those who pay; some cars lacked parking passes, and I had one but couldn’t find a spot.

“Uncomfortable and disappointing”

The front desk staff on arrival was fantastic, a hard worker who made a great impression, and the location worked well for my plans. However, the room was filthy—stains on the walls, floor, bed sheets, shower, and toilet everywhere—so I never slept in the bed, instead lying on top of the comforter in high socks, sweatpants, a sweatshirt, and a hooded jacket to avoid touching anything. It was very uncomfortable and disgusting, especially disappointing given Fairfield’s reputation for cleanliness. I also booked two rooms by mistake and couldn’t cancel or get a refund; that was partly the hotel's fault and partly my misunderstanding of the email.

“Good place. Management should oversee minor complaints better.”

The toaster was faulty, our room was next to a noisy engine room, the room phone didn’t work, and one light bulb was out. The experience could have been better at such a new and modern hotel. Overall it’s a nice place to stay, I love it. All minor complaints are noted.
