The bed was very hard and didn't match the picture.

The location was excellent, close to everything in the Sam Sar area—beaches, the pier for shallow diving, restaurants, and markets. However, cleanliness was a problem: the room had cockroaches and ants, and there was a dog odor outside the room. The extra guest fee was understandable, but pillows and towels were not provided and required an additional charge. The room’s construction used durable materials—concrete bed and concrete bedside table—which were not safe; the concrete could cause injuries if you hit it while sleeping.

The location was good. The hotel didn’t provide shampoo and the towels didn’t absorb water.

The location was good, near several beaches and with a 7‑11 and an Amazon nearby. On the downside, there was no shampoo, the towels didn’t absorb water, and the air conditioning was not very cool.
