The toilet was clogged and the staff did nothing to fix it. The air conditioner didn’t work, making it impossible to sleep. We were only moved to another room in the middle of the night, even though it could have been done earlier, and the staff’s attitude was not friendly. The hotel staff should pay more attention to their guests.
