“Good place, price but not comfortable beds”

While the hotel's proximity to the airport and good breakfast were definite positives, the uncomfortable beds and noisy environment in the early morning due to groups arriving and departing were major drawbacks. The noise was particularly bothersome, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

“I couldn't recommend this hotel”

Unfortunately, I didn't have much to praise about this hotel, and I would advise others to exercise caution when booking a stay. The hotel's claim of serving Malpensa airport came with a catch - they charged a fee for the shuttle service, which was only available during limited hours. When I arrived, I was disappointed to find that there were no dining options available, and the nearby hotel they recommended didn't open until 7 pm.

“Good price”

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, it's extremely convenient, being right near the airport, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, I did find the rooms to be quite small.

“We were made comfortable from the moment we walked through the front door”

I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received during my stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially considering I was traveling with my small dog - they went above and beyond to ensure both my pet and I felt comfortable and welcome.
