The breakfast was great and the staff were well‑trained. When my room fridge needed repair I was helped right away, which was very good. The location is excellent. However, when I arrived at 15:00 the hotel was locked and there was no staff on duty, so I had to wait about 30 minutes at the door—better to call ahead. The pillows were terrible, so I brought my own. The bathroom cleaning also fell short.

The location is right in the center, close to everything. The breakfast was generous and tasty, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. However, the bed was not comfortable, the pillow was hard, and a draft in the room kept it chilly all the time.

The place is in a great spot and the rooms are spotless. But the outlets are all dead, and the front door and balcony door keep sticking. It made things a bit annoying.
