Everything was complicated. We didn't like the key hand‑over process: we had to come twice, and on the second visit we had to pick up the keys from a bar where Jullian, the owner, was drunk and wouldn't hand them over right away, but later came to the hotel and gave them to us. There was no air conditioning, no TV, no soap—just a bottle of shower gel. The plumbing fixtures felt like they belonged to another era. The sheet and duvet cover were stained, and the room had no blinds. Apart from that, we had a good chat with Carmen upon arrival.

Very simple accommodation. It had a strong cigarette smell and there were many flies in the room.
