A cozy spot served by many buses into Oxford, with a clean and bright room and very welcoming, friendly staff. The rooms aren’t soundproofed, so I could hear neighbors watching TV and the like.

I booked mainly for the proximity to the Heathrow bus route and the facilities were adequate. The bathroom felt a bit jaded.

Clean and cosy, but there was no heating in the bathroom.

The staff were friendly and the environment was calm. A slipper could have been provided in the room, a bottle of water would have been nice, a fruit snack at the reception in the morning would be appreciated, and the pillows and linens could have been a bit cleaner.
