The staff at this hotel really went out of their way to make me feel welcome.
We were really central, which was great - all the local attractions were within walking distance.
The cleanliness is spotless.
The pool and sauna were absolute highlights – I spent hours lounging by the water and rejuvenating in the steam room.

“Ottimo x Knysna”
The reception and common areas are superbly decorated with carved wooden beams and hand‑crafted details. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The intercontinental breakfast is unbeatable! The staff is friendly.
We were upgraded to the main section, which was lovely. Breakfast was amazing, top‑class, and the Jacuzzi was scorching hot; I would have liked to know the temperature, but I still enjoyed it. The sauna and steam room were not working.
The receptionist was friendly.
Only the lobby décor is nice. The water is yellowish and unacceptable; there’s a fixed shower on the top floor that should be replaced with a movable one, as many guests would prefer a movable shower.
