“Good value for price paid.”
The host was friendly and the room stayed spotless, with towels, a dryer, and soap/shampoo all stocked in the bathroom. The A/C ran smoothly, though it was a bit loud. I liked the unexpected dinner downstairs, a nice surprise given the limited options nearby. The place feels like a time capsule from a past era; a few updates would be nice.
The room was spacious and spotless, but the air‑conditioning either didn’t work or was stuck on the lowest setting, so I couldn’t cool the space any further; it stayed hot and I couldn’t open the balcony door because the balcony was shared with other rooms, and there was no fan either. I spent a sleepless night hoping it would end quickly, and the next day I had to endure a long journey without any rest. It’s a shame because the large, clean room and good breakfast would have earned a perfect score from me, and the price of €110 for three people would have been an excellent value. However, being unable to sleep due to the heat and forced to keep the windows shut made the experience unforgivable, though it could be fixed for future guests.
There were no glasses in the room, and no kettle to make coffee.

The renovated hotel still carried a faint paint smell, but it was clean, pretty, and welcoming. The lady on staff was extremely kind and I felt very comfortable. The room, the staff, and the food were excellent. We also stayed for dinner in the restaurant below, all within the hotel.
