I travelled with my two kids and chose this hotel for its location and facilities. The kids’ room was fantastic and they loved it. We really wanted to use the pool, but it was dirty and cold, unfortunately. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience. The pool was not as advertised, it was dirty and cold, and nobody spoke English.

The restaurant was nice, but there were many breakfast options and they were only suitable for Chinese tastes.

Nothing positive. The neighbourhood and the room were disappointing.

The rooms were comfortable. We only stayed one night, so the location was great for visiting the animal park. The restaurant was closed, so we had to arrange dinner elsewhere.

The girls at reception were very welcoming, yet the cleaning left a lot to be desired over four days – the beds were just haphazardly covered without proper making, and the floor never got a proper sweep or mop.
