The room was fine and the service was exceptional, yet a hostile guest stalked me, made me feel scared, had been kicked out of another hotel but was still allowed at the Sheraton, and despite telling staff, nothing was done.

The breakfast was superb, but the hotel feels dated and looks like it belongs to another era.

The breakfast was very good and the bed was comfortable, but for a two‑week vacation I stayed at three Sheraton hotels and only this one charged me more than my confirmation; they claimed a rate difference, yet other hotels had none, and the extra $25 they added is the same price they tried to charge for a room I never used, which still makes me angry.
