The proximity to Sagrada Familia was a big reason I chose this place, but after a few days I realized it wasn’t the best fit for our first Barcelona trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room sat right next to the reception, and despite the claim that the walls were sound‑proof, we could hear the usual ground‑floor noises, our neighbor flushing, and guests brewing espresso in the lobby. The room had a slight step up from the entrance to the bed area, which isn’t a huge deal but makes it hard to sleep in a dark room. Because of that step, a constant bright light hangs over it, and you need to use the address for GPS to avoid being directed to the wrong spot.

The location and cleanliness were good, but the window opens fully with no ventilation mode, which is inconvenient on the ground floor.

The location near Sagrada Familia was great, but the rooms were tiny. The photo on Booking didn’t really match the actual hotel, and it’s pricey for what it offers.
