The bacon at breakfast wasn’t fried but more boiled; the scrambled eggs were very soggy and seemed to come from a brik; the bread was stale, and when I asked for fresh bread I had to wait a quarter of an hour, so the boiled eggs had cooled by then.

I booked this hotel for the second time and it was great!

Low. Close to the promenade and the city centre – ideal. Construction works on the street where the hotel sits. Breakfast was fine. The sausage selection felt a bit artificial. Cheese and other foods were okay. Very little or no options for vegans. When I asked about a bike rental, staff pointed me to a shop nearby that had been closed for months. The shower entrance, elevator and stairs are not wheelchair‑friendly.
