The property sits along the Via Francigena, offering a stunning view of Vetralla and a large terrace to relax and enjoy the panorama. It’s hard to reach without a car, but the host was very kind and drove us there in his car.

A fantastic overnight stay on the Via Francigena. Everything was comfortable and well‑equipped, even offering a drive home from town at the end of the night. The breakfast was the best we had on our walk, served to the room on a tray; we loved the bacon and eggs, as the protein‑rich start helped us on the trek (usually it’s just coffee and pastry in Italy). No issues to mention.

The welcome was exquisite, even with the delay, and the bathroom came with a basin, a towel rack, and laundry detergent! The terrace overlooking the valley was beautiful.

I stayed in a very modern room at a cozy Bed & Breakfast just outside the city, and the breakfast was wonderful, with a terrace offering a great view of the city.
